windows protection error- won't boot

Can't start in normal mode.sayas i must start in safe mode because windows did not finish loading on previous attempt. i try and it takes me to a blue screen that says windows protection error. you need to restart your computer. system halted. i restart and the same messages keep appearing. I also do not have a start up disk. please help!

These errors are usually always caused by a faulty stick of memory inside the computer.
