Device Manager malfunctions after installing Windows XP Service Pack 2

Hi

I have a similar problem which was discussed earlier but none of the solutions explained here solved my problem. After i install Service Pack 2 my windows explorer get slower and device manager empty and No ethernet card seems in my network connections,however all things work fine. I checked my registery entries and i tried aproposfix etc. For example aproposfix couldnt fix anything just give the log below:

Removing hidden folder:
No folder found!

Deleting files:


Backing up files:
Done!

Removing registry entries:

REGEDIT4

What can i do next?

I think it is advisable that you follow the instructions at the top of the malware foirum rather than trying to work through this yourself...some of these are quite tricky and we have the best malware people on the internet who can get you back up and ruinning.

That means following the steps in the thread READ THIS FIRST and then posting a hijackthis log
