Hello,

I keep getting a pop-up window at start-up that says 'error loadingc:\progra~\mywebs~\1\bar\1.bin\f35crctr.dll' specified module could not me found

Also a system 32 folder pops up at start up

Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how can I fix it?

Thanks, Betsy

Hello goofygrmom...

'error loadingc:\progra~\mywebs~\1\bar\1.bin\f35crctr.dll

This one would indicate a malware infection...best to get that taken care of first.

Let's let the malware experts deal with this one.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the Start Here.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Be patient, the Malware Forum is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual. Do Not reply to or "bump" your own topic...if it shows a reply, it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Thanks, I forgot about the malware checkup. Will do that and go from there. Of course, I have to go to work first.
