Hi

Can anyone reccommend a good easy (free) to use light weight CD writer.

All I want to be able to do is copy files from my computer to CD, and from CD to computer. Nothing else. Anyone any favorite.

You are running xp you alredy have one. Just put in a blank cd it should auto-play and the it will ask you whant you want to do choses open a folder for writable cd and burn away.

One thing I forgot was. I want to be able to copy, CD to CD.

Are you sure the drive you have is a cd-rw to write cds with?

Hi

I have 2 Cd drives 1 reads & writes (HP CD writer 9100 series) the other just reads.

you can also check out cd burner xp pro...just google it very handy..no bells or whistles...but works great
