ever since i reformated my computer i can't get 'help and support' to work.

you acces this from the start button but when i click on it, the cursor changes (like it's going to start a program.....hourglass in my case) for a couple of seconds then nothing happens.

help please?

When at the desktop, press F1. That should bring up Help and Support. Hope that this helps.

nope......not a thing.....when i hold F1 down it makes the cursor go to hourglass like it's trying to do something.......but then alas...........nothing
