I need to see one more thing nefore I remove that service.


* Click here to download getservice.zip and unzip it to your desktop. Open the Getservice folder and click on the getservices.bat file. A notepad will open up with a long list of Services. Please save that notepad file and attach it to your next reply to this thread. It will be easier to attach it rather than copy and paste because it will be too long to paste in one post.


* Also go here and do an online virus scan. Choose "Complete Scan" and select all drives to scan.

When the scan is finished, anything that it cannot clean have it delete it.

Post a new HiJackThis log and report back what the Housecall scan found.

The link for "getservice" doesn't work

i tried it several times. Perhaps second check to make sure? or is there another link that i could use>
I will however scan now with housecall and post the results, thanks.
