ok i ran the panda scan again, and aparently, all of the same files are still there, and it didnt remove them with killbox.

Try manually deleting the files in safe mode and then try using killbox to delete the files that can't be removed manually. Reboot and scan with Panda. If the files return, we'll try another method.
