Ok i no a bit about computers, but i dont no how to update my bios. i dont no what type of info i need. its phoenix bios 4.0 i believe....if theres anyother info u need let me no and i will try to do what i can..

You should only update the BIOS if you are having problems

Updating the BIOS can enhance the performance of your PC in some cases though. Vertical, get your motherboard Make and Model, then go onto your Motherboard brand's site, and search for your motherboard. BIOS' can be updated whilst in an OS now, in most cases.
