A true novice with computers so exasperated by Dr.Watson postmortem debugger that I spent all day reading this material which was really foreign. I don't ususally go much beyond processing book orders and checking e-mails. Haven't been able to figure out how to excise Watson obstacle. Did make hijackthis and was wondering if those with knowledge could provide instruction as to how to proceed. I would be grateful as my laptop is close to in operable and books must go out. Thank you in advance.
