If your unsure about this in any way then do not attempt it. This will be deleting entries in you registery, any mistakes could render your computer useless.
From the start button select "run" type in "regedit" (without quotes) then look for this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
You will see a list of your add/remove programs. Find the ones you dont want listed and right click on them and delete. Double check youve got the right ones. You may want to backup your reg before you do this just in case.
