I need a program to convert images from PDF to JPG. Also sometimes i need to convert images between other different formats.
So it would be wonderful if it will be able to edit images as well.
Photoshop is too expensive and difficult for me!
Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure that paint shop pro offers a free trial version on their site, and it converts files... you COULD try that?
