You should subscribe to the Digg RSS feed its great lots of good articles (tech related of course) delivered reguarly everyday lots of good guides and tutorials appear as well as news and general interest notices.

Nice widget, i would have to go over to the dark side to use it though. There is a digg widget for the widget engine i use though.
I use thunderbird for my digg feeds im also subscribed to the new scientist feeds although that isnt as busy as the digg. Thunderbird is a great RSS viewer though.
