Do you leave the jump drive plugged in a lot?

Go to Device Manager and expand "Universal serial bus controllers". Right click on each "USB Root Hub" listed and choose "Properties". Under the "Power Management" tab, clear the checkbox next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", and click "Ok".

I don't know that this is the problem driver, but if you leave the jump drive in, it's something you don't want to be shut off while the port is occupied.

Let's also disable the bug check for the moment.

You can disable these by right clicking on "My Computer", selecting "Properties", and then the "Advanced" tab. Click on the "Settings" button in "Startup and Recovery". In the bottom pane - under "Write debugging information", click on the down arrow and then select 'None' - "OK" your way out.

Keep me posted on errors...

Go ahead and start loading it it. Load one thing at a time and run it for a while (several restart cycles) before doing the next one.

I hope you dont mind if I jump in here. This sounds like a hardware problem. Have you checked to see if all the cards are seated properly? Have you checked to see if your IRQ's are assinging automatically? If it is set to manual you will encounter problems like this. Also, try removing the memory sticks and rearranging them. This has fixed this problem for me on a few occasions. Again, I apologize for butting in. If you think this is off the mark ignore it.
