63, and proud of it! I would have gotten higher, but I don't feel guilty about it, so questions like "18. How often do you try to hide how long you've been on-line?" lowered it. The one about e-mail also cut it down, since I am not social and do not expect nor want frequent e-mails.

27. Wow, that's very surprising.
Since I've gotten in college, I actually check my mail a lot more, but I have a specific log out time, so I am much more limited in how long I use the net. Breaks and vacations, on the other hand, are a whole other matter entirely...

28....But I have a feeling that some I could have answered different. It depends on the time
of the year (Seasons have influence on my work) So a 30-40 might be in order

51 I don't think that's too bad. It might have been higher if it weren't for the fact I'm single and live alone, humanwise anyways. My dogs don't seem to mind to much.

It might take up a bit of a disproportional amount of my time, but it is to be expected of a CIS student who works in IT. Still, I do tend to get rather unhappy when my network port goes dead. What?! I don't need therapy - go away!!!

That said, in order to be rightfully considered an addiction, it must cause clinically significant distress. I think it would be hard to prove internet causes more distress than something like smoking, gambling, or alcoholism.
