63, and proud of it! I would have gotten higher, but I don't feel guilty about it, so questions like "18. How often do you try to hide how long you've been on-line?" lowered it. The one about e-mail also cut it down, since I am not social and do not expect nor want frequent e-mails.

I feel the world would not be the same without the internet :)

J/k's aside i would have got high 80 -90's if i done the test a few years ago...

I have a little baby boy " Samual , Troy " to look after now , cannot just ignore him...

Family always has to come first ( And your JOB , need to put food on the table... for the family :) )

You have a son called Troy??? Awesome. :)

(And no, I've found in my experience you cannot ignore small people that live in your house)

27. Wow, that's very surprising.

Since I've gotten in college, I actually check my mail a lot more, but I have a specific log out time, so I am much more limited in how long I use the net. Breaks and vacations, on the other hand, are a whole other matter entirely... :)

28....But I have a feeling that some I could have answered different. It depends on the time
of the year (Seasons have influence on my work) So a 30-40 might be in order :)

51 I don't think that's too bad. It might have been higher if it weren't for the fact I'm single and live alone, humanwise anyways. My dogs don't seem to mind to much. :)

It might take up a bit of a disproportional amount of my time, but it is to be expected of a CIS student who works in IT. Still, I do tend to get rather unhappy when my network port goes dead. What?! I don't need therapy - go away!!!

**Lavagolemking cowers in fear at the thought.

That said, in order to be rightfully considered an addiction, it must cause clinically significant distress. I think it would be hard to prove internet causes more distress than something like smoking, gambling, or alcoholism.
