I assist a computer administrator in our school, and we've recently been going through a trial of Visions6 software from www.genevalogic.com. I've been amazed with the performance of the program, except for one thing. 3 computers in our lab like to dodge the connection, although there are no firewalls between the user and the master comptuer. We run over a LAN connection.

If you'd like, I could attempt to post either a Trace Route or HJT log, to see if anything's interfering, however I doubt it's malware of any sort. Any help is appriciated. :whistling:

....sound's like some pretty proprietary software...i would suggest contacting that company's service department....if you're doing a trial of their software..it's in their best interest to make sure that it works for you so that you'll buy it...they would probably be better suited to troubleshooting the program itself to make sure that it's not causing the problem

Alright, I sent an email to their technical support group, and I'm awaiting a reply. Thanks, dsenette. :whistling:
