Hello,
I am really helpless and the word anger is an euphemism for what I am currently feeling. I have a 512/128 DSL connection and for the last week, my upload has slowed down abruptly to cca 7-8 kb/s (about 16 times slowed down). It is not the problem of the responding server, nor the problem of the line (probably), I talked to a distant technician and he found that the line is OK.

I doubt it is a virus, since looking at the amount of bytes sent it seems it corresponds with that speed (see attachement). Nevertheless, I had my harddisc scanned twice by NOD32 and once by avast at boot time and they found nothing.

It is driving me crazy, can anyone please help? Thank you very much!

hmmm.....that sounds realy weird just to be safe Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
