i downloaded the free trial of photodeluxe and it wouldn't allow me to burn my musicl slideshow to vcd so i like a fool bought the full program.

i downloaded it for £40 would you believe and it won't burn to vcd. tech support told me to try various brands of cd's none worked. they then told me to use 15 photos, 1 soundtrack and only to use the 'cut' transition this didn't work either.

i then tried to burn in nero 5 and they said the show had to be saved in MPEG-1 FORMAT

has anyone else been had?

i have asked for my money back no less than 4 times and they are all ignoring me... HELP!!!
