problem downloading

I am unable to download anything from shareware applications! i tried LimeWire, Morpheus Ultra, BitLord, and the problem is always the same.... the program finds whatver i shearch for, but doesn´t download it.
i already disabled my windows firewall and even uninstalled my anti virus software, but it didnt help...

please.. help.. what can i do
