Hi papilio :)

Take a look at this thread: Cleaning guide.
You will find there some basic instructions. Using them generate the requested logfiles.
Next start your own topic in the Malware Removal Forum and post your logs with a detailed description of your problem. I am sure that one of us will shortly come back to you.

Cheers,
Naat :)

Hi,

How do I mark posting to indicate the problem posed has been solved? Thanks.

Not all the forum sections have that. When enabled you will find a button tick_10px.pngMark Solved on the bottom right of the topic next to the Quote Reply button.

You are only allowed to reply in certain forums. In the Malware Forum, you are not allowed to reply to any topics except you own, if you have a topic there. Other than that, you should be able to post replies in any forum you can read.

Hi nicole32, and welcome to our forums.

:welcome:

You will need to post your question in the correct forum, giving full details of the issues you are experiencing, the make and model number of your computer, its operating system and level of service pack /distribution, browser name and version number and the list of symptoms you are experiencing, and what you have tried so far to try and fix it.

Hi Nicole 32,

you have provided some useful information in that you are using a cellular phone, so you will now know the correct forum to post your question in....

Even though you are using a cellular phone you will need to provide as much information as possible so that our members understand the problem you are experiencing, what you have tried so far etc. The make and model number of your cellular phone and its operating system/browser and version will help us to help you

Regards

I know this doesn't have anything to do with my problem with youtube, but where is my profile page, I know how to reply but how do I post? And how do I send someone a message and add them as a friend?

Hi nicole32,
to access your profile, see if you can see your user name towards the top right of your screen when logged in to our forum. If you can see your user name then just click on it and it should take you to your profile page.

When starting a new topic go to the appropriate forum, for example "Google Android" here:
http://www.geekstogo...google-android/
and click on the bold black box labelled "Start new Topic"

After composing your topic and having given it a suitable title, just click on "Post"

When it comes to messaging someone then this facility will be made available to you,(automatically) when you have completed a number of posts that indicates to us, that you are not likely to be a spammer, and are using the forum in a proper way. We do not specify the number of posts (before messaging is made available to you (for obvious reasons) and we feel sure that you appreciate why we have to be cautious to protect all our members. New members should not really need to message anyone as its generally better to keep all questions in the forums, so all our members have the opportunity to comment.

Hope this helps
Regards
