What type of device?
Who is your service provider?
Has this device ever been able to play youtube videos?
Is your connection to youtube fast enough to play youtube videos?
Is your service plan "unlimited", or does it slow down the connection once you reach a certain limit?

3) yes, I have been able to play youtube video's before on this cell phone.
4) Yes, My service plan is unlimited
5) My connection is kind of slow

Good point, if the problem still exists try different downloaders. There are many of them, some works even better and easier then KeepV Personally I use this one:
