Whenever I try to open "My Computer" my computer freezes and I have to end the process drwtsn32.exe. explorer.exe resets and everything works again except I still can't access "My Computer".

You certainly have some problems there.

Please ensure that you do the online virus scan and download the evaluation version of TDS-3 and install using the links given in the topic and install the Radius updates as described on the DiamondCS website. Run full system scan. When the program opens it will go through some initial checks and then let you know when it is ready. Go to System Testing on the menu bar and full system scan. The scan will take a while as it is very thorough.

Sorry for the delay in response. The forum has been very busy lately.

After you have run through through all that please post a fresh HijackThis log so we can review it.

If you have already fixed your machine or received help elsewhere please post back and let us know.
