How can I burn video clips to DVDs? Is there a program I can use? Will I will be able to play that DVD on a DVD player?

This is 7MB but as a trial will watermark the output - costs 35 USD - place discount in the coupon code for 10% off - If in the UK, use dollars as they charge the same in Euros (35 Euro = £24 - 35 USD = £19?)
