LOL I thought it might have been a hoax page, not real.
It was cute though....saying that as it was not needed as a planet, no returns would be accepted.
No courier coulld be found so the buyer had to arrange to pick it up.
The seller bore no responsibility for any damage to outer space upon the removal of Pluto.

There is actually a man in England who is selling moon realty.
Aparently you can buy an acre for a few grand. I saw it on a tv show, it might be on the 'net. You get documents and everything.

You can buy an acre of the moon (and other planets come to that) for around £15-£20, just google it. I imagine you would not be the sole owner of that acre though...
