Could you describe the vibrating noise alittle more. Where is it coming from? The back, bottom, under the keyboard? The model or series of the computer should be on a stick on the bottm of the computer.

It should have come with your computer, and look like one of those. Or you may have bought it separately. Do you have a CD like one of these? (there may be others that look differently too)
