It worked, i mean i actually saw somethin with firefox...But it's all screwed up. It's a bunch of little maroon squares and its really weird..any luck with ie?

Opens fine in IE, too.

Let's reinstall your Java. From Control Panel, double click on "Add or Remove Programs". Locate J2SE Runtime Environment (there may be more than one), select it, and remove it. Remove all J2SE Runtime apps you find there. Reboot.

Go HERE, download, and install the latest version. Reboot and try to get your tickets.

I did everything you told me to and at least it opens in IE ..but it's all weird like with the maroon squares just like it shows in firefox!! ahhhhhh this is driving me crazy!
