should be 10....right at noon...the minute hand doesn't pass the hour hand because they're in the same place...and at midnight the minute hand hasn't passed the hour hand because...they're in the same place

Woops ... the minute hand's moving ahead as well (had to do it on a clock to get that!). She bows to the Monkey and slinks off with her eyes firmly on the ground.
