The restrictions here are simply that you must be staff to answer HijackThis logs, anything else we encourage techs to help

Thanks Matt. I'll adimit that I probably have a different view of formatting. If I have a PC that's really acting up, it's easier for me to wipe it than it is for me to fight it, usually. Being that the users here aren't supposed to have stuff on the actual workstations, data loss isn't a concern. I was probably a little premature with the format thing but, time is money here and formatting is usually quicker than fighting a really super bad infestation. And I would love to join the U. I never turn down a chance to learn, unless it has something to do with reality TV.
