I use English and Russian on computers and my inbox usually contains emails in both languages. My browser (IE/Firefox) constantly changes the character encoding view between western and one of the Cyrillic’s.

Can I force my browser to default to Unicode (utf-8)? This is the only way I can view all my email at once.
