Hi,
I'm new to this so please be kind and patient.
I have a personal and business address, both from Virgin net.
How can I get Outlook express to download mail sent to both addresses?
Yes, I have tried the help menu, but it doesn't really seem to want to
solve the issue.

Just add it as a new account in Outlook Express.

Tools -> Accounts -> Add.
