I found out from the emachines support site that you have the nforce 410 chipset. You can download the chipset drivers from HERE.

aight almost all done ha ha the sound is still out the PCI Device is still gone but everything else is fixed

Download and install the audio driver from HERE. Once done post back if you now have sound.
