I have tried to Detect Network Settings and pop up window says No connection to the internet is detected but I am on the internet. I also tried lowering my security settings and that didn't work either. I haven't tried my connection settings because I haven't changed anything.

What can be wrong???? I have done some updates from Microsoft website. The OS on my other PC is Win 98. That is the one I'm having trouble with. Thanks!
