I RAN SPYBOT SCAN THIS A.M. WHICH RESULTED IN FOLLOWING RESULTS:
"EffectiveBandToolbar(Uninstall Settings) EXPANDED DESCRIPTION AS FOLLOWS:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Microsoft Windows

Please advise if this related to About Blank or other spyware.

p.s. I PREVIOUSLY RAN CW SHREDDER

yes it was. If you let spybot delete it, don't worry about it
