2 thirds of the people at intel who are talking say there isnt any at all, its doubtful, just wait till January there will probably be drivers if its possible for aero to run on that laptop, however it is iffy wether it would run, its not a huge loss Aero doesnt really add anything other than the flippy windows. You dont use it that often and you still have alt-tab.

well how do i no if its impossible to change it on mine..i have presario V2000 with an i915 mobile chipset..so can some1 find out for me if its impossible to change it on this laptop...if its not then im ready to spend money to get a better 1..(a better gfx card)

Its impossible, like i said its rare and only ones that have cards, you have an integrated chip and therefore no port to install a new gfx card. Intel dont make any motherboards with that chipset that can have the GPU replaced.

i have that same latop except mine is amd with an ATI radeon express 200m. Mine runs aero fine I don't know why yours won't.

He has onboard intel graphics, you have the version with ATI onboard graphics, ATI are much better and the 200m is fully dx9 compliant and has more power.
