Here is a bunch of my works over the last few months. Oo and for james I didn't read any books you should just use tutorials. That's the best way. The books don't teach you how to make sigs they teach you how to get used to the program and how to get effects that you could apply to a sig.

There are more but those are my favorites. Also if you go to the forums of DDGFX they have a tut section and it has some really good tuts. One of my favorites is Stogey's tut. There are a lot of good forums that have members with good tuts.

another good place to get some help in learning graphics is Graphics playground

these work for Paintshop Pro, but will also work in PS if you know your way around the software, I have comfortably converted the instructions to work in The GIMP, so I know it can be done with PS. for all intents and purposes they are all fairly similar.

Pretty good stuff but a lot of it is way too plain and the render isn't blended at all on some of them. Needs a lot of work, but hey everyone needs work and it takes a long time to get good. At DDGFX there are some peopl that are amazing like dane w., StogeyBrown, SinistarGFX, Sharp Shooter, Atlas, and TITAN. Titan is amazing you should really see some of his work its just amazing. I think he's in an art class. There are also more that I forgot to mention like hwordz, milliardo, and Odowla.

The only thing I dont like about your sigs Mr Jingles is there a bit too hectic and you cant really see the focal point of the sig.
