I recently downloaded a music video from a file sharing website. I can play the video on the computer, but when I go to burn the video, with Nero, it won't burn. It says that it is an SPU file, even though while it was being downloaded it said it was an MPEG. I have no idea what SPU is, and can't seem to find any information about it. Does anyone know if it can be converted to another format so I can burn it?
