Unable to download music

I am trying to download music; the site says that it will play on RealPlayer.

However, when I click on the link; I get this error from RealPlayer:
Unable to establish a connection with the server

I just downloaded RealPlayer today, so I must have the latest version.

Is this a problem with me (my machine) or a problem with the site?

I am trying to listen to one of the tracks on this site:
