ICT for most people probably means something completely diffferent from what you think, i think you just mean computers in general ICT is a different thing.

Perhaps we have a very young user here who is still learning to be a communicator! Surely he/she means Information and Communications Technology (well that's what I thought when I first read the question).
Do you have to interview (ask) people of different ages this question or are you supposed to imagine what life might have been like before during and in the future with regards to information and communications technology?
