I'm currently having issues where I have updated my active x controls and plugins, but its not letting me view things like videos on the net, I'm using IE at the moment. I'm using Vista Home Premium and having some issues with running programs. (the security on this OS is annoying)

Also I'm trying to install Firefox but partway through the install I get this error, "Error opening file for writing: \r\n\r\nxpicleanup.exe\r\n\r\nClick Retry to try again or\r\nCancel to stop the installation."
I don't know if its a bug or something is in my computer. I'm just having a frustrating time with the Active X settings and trying to get this to install.

Any advice?

Did you download the latest firefox 'cause it was updated yesterday and it fixed many vista glitches as others. Also make sure to install it in the default location or it won't work correctly.

It's still giving me the same error, and now Flash player won't download. I go to install it and nothing happens.
