Wholly, what is this?

everytime i boot on to desktop i get a message saying: "WIndows explorer stopped working"

when i close it, it will reappear and i can't do anything at all. NEED help asap

PS: tried startup repair and mem diagnostic nothing happens?

Hello there. Luckily for you I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago after upgrading to Vista Home Premium. The problem seemed to be caused by a service called 'Tortoise SVN', which is responsible for the user interface so I downloaded the latest version. Make sure you install the correct bit version, as they won't work unless it corresponds with your processor. ie. if you have a 32-bit processor download the 32-bit version etc.
