bandwidth monitor?

120Kbps connection speed isn't all that fast, its only just over twice the speed of a dial-up connection. Therefore average download speeds would be about 10-15k a second.

hi there, im on a 1MB broadband connection, with average download speeds of 120Ks i just need a prog to see whats using it up

120k/s download speed on a 1Mb connection is about right. Anything from 110k/s to 125k/s is considered normal download speeds on a 1Meg connection assuming the servers you download from are running at full capacity.

hi there, yes i understand how fast i can download on my 1mb connection, but sometimes i only manage 20 or 30k/s from a fast source, so im after a programme which will show me whic of the runing processes are using my bandwidth. many thanks
