hi there, is ther a prog which allows me to see where my 120kbps (my rough total download bandwidth) is goin, because sometimes my web pages go really slow as if ive got a very quick download runnig, even if my downloads are running at very slow speeds also, this also happens when im not downloading, so ide like a prog that show me all things that are using any of my available bandwith, any suggestions? many thanks

120Kbps connection speed isn't all that fast, its only just over twice the speed of a dial-up connection. Therefore average download speeds would be about 10-15k a second.

hi there, im on a 1MB broadband connection, with average download speeds of 120Ks i just need a prog to see whats using it up

120k/s download speed on a 1Mb connection is about right. Anything from 110k/s to 125k/s is considered normal download speeds on a 1Meg connection assuming the servers you download from are running at full capacity.

hi there, yes i understand how fast i can download on my 1mb connection, but sometimes i only manage 20 or 30k/s from a fast source, so im after a programme which will show me whic of the runing processes are using my bandwidth. many thanks
