Well, the system files weren't flagged as "infected", but they showed up under "system files" in the virus chest.

Should I delete the other ones? Quarantine?

And where do I do that? When I right-click on the file, it only gives me the option to "delete", "restore", "extract", "scan".

If quarantine is not an option for the top 3 files that Avast flagged as 'infected' then I would delete them.

I'm going to ignore the 3 system files in the 'chest'. I'm not sure why they're there but my system runs great. And I know that they are not slowing your laptop down...
