My friend told me that the Display Adapter is the Video Card. But i go to System>Device Manager and i cant find it...I cant play my games due to the video card problem...Then my friend told me to reinstall the hardware..But how i check about the type and where can i download it?

The easiest way to check is to go to Start > Run > type DXDIAG. The display tab shows information on your video driver. The manufactures' websites usually have drivers available for download.
