I need help urgently

I have two problems.

1.) I'm trying to save a movie to my computer. It's 5:24 minutes long and it's got about 5 songs mixed together w/ pics and videos. The size is 82MB. I tried to save it, but it saves all quickly and i end up getting like only the first 10 seconds of the movie, then the rest the music just plays. Can someone help me?

2.) the problem got worse... now i'm trying to open up windows movie maker and it says " Windows movie maker cannot be used because the required cannot be found on your computer". What's this????
