hey can anyone tell me how i clean up my computer to make it run like new again. it sometimes freezes and to open anything takes ages and its getting worse. i use avg to check for viruses and try to delete as much as i can but theres no more i can delete and i have atleast 3/4 space left.

How old is your computer?


Also not only one anti-virus and anti-spyware program will find all malware
Also you can clear temporary files with ATF Cleaner.
You can always run MSCONFIG and in the start-up tab uncheck any unnecessary programs.

You can go here and folow the steps to do a little self cleaning.(all these links are by the blue question mark on top of the page.)
