Hi happyrck! I like your advice(the one with the hammer)! I will Video-tape it,send it via the net(like a virus)to every pc/laptop in the world!! computers be aware"We HUMANS" are still running the show!!!!Any way ,i'm of for a well deserved holyday to the greek islands.A BIG THANK'S to everybody who helped.See you after the h/days

EUREKA I've got it fixed!!Here is what i did:I uninstalled windows installer in safe mode,then run regedit.on toolbar click edit & find;type windows installer and hit F3.whatever comes up DELETE! hit F3again & again until there is no reg key from win/installer!I've run reg/cleaner several times to make sure ,i've missed nothing.then i installed win/installer 3.1.Now i got rid of net frame work & all its @#!##&*^ updates.my pc runs fine again,it thinks allmost as fast as i do (thats due to low RAM) thanks to everyone for the help :whistling:
