I have a Toshiba Satalite lap top. It started not recognizing my phone when i went to sync my pda some times and my mouse. The only way I can get it to recognize my Kodak camera is to unplug my printer and plug it in that port. But some times it recognizes and some times it rolleyes1.gif I posted this a couple of months ago and never got any help.... please help

Click start, right click my computer, click properties, hardware, device manager

Click the + next to universal serial bus controllers

Left click an entry, right click it, click uninstall, confirm

Do this until all entries are removed, reboot the laptop
