If you have an ATI video card, can you check .net framework is running then see if it loads to the desktop in normal mode

Are you able to borrow a same version XP CD

Umm.... I don't have an ATI video card. I don't think I know someone that has the window xp cd.

Can you re-install the video card drivers

If system files are missing you will need an XP CD
