i'm having problems on my laptop running windows vista home premium. my task manager won't open, whether using ctrl+alt+del and clicking it from the security menu, or using run, or right clicking on the taskbar. help??

well, i'm running windows defender and norton 360, both fully updated. and i ran scans of both, they turn anything up.

however, i do remember a friend of mine sticking her flash disk in, and then when double-clicking it from my computer, it went "program cannot be found". the kind that you'd have to right click and click explore to open it. classic flash disk malware, right? you think that could be the culprit?
