How can I combine various digital movies from my Canon ditigal camera?

Is there a program or way to combine various digital movie (usually each are 1 minute) into just one?
I take a lot of movies while on our motorcycle and have around 10 or so per ride and would love to combine the movies into
one movie (and also be able to edit them) per ride.
Is that possible?
I have a Canon Powershot SD450 5.0 mega pixel camera.
Thanks for any help and suggestions.
