Hey, thanks for taking a moment to look at this. I just got a new vga card, put it in, installed the drivers (it was a real pain) and now all of a sudden my audio doesn't work. Somehow a new device was installed (I think with my vga card) and nothing comes out of any of the jacks. The only playback device there is is some "Digital Output Device (HDMI)". I used to have a realtek audio device, and now that is suddenly gone. (I don't have a sound card, only the jacks attached to the motherboard) I've tried to add a new device under "add hardware", but that doesn't work. (The device I added says it can't start, code 10) I've installed a slew of new drivers, anything I thought might work, that doesn't work. I tried system restore, my computer crashed....twice....and the restore didn't work. I've been at this for about 5 hours and am about to give up and go but a sound card, but I know my jacks work. Any ideas? (i'm sure i've left something out, so just ask)

again, thank you for taking the time to help me.
